In answer to your question, I do treat Lyme disease as well. There are many different protocols available for treatment of chronic Lyme disease as well. However, I believe combining bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (testosterone, DHEA, Growth Hormone, Bio-Thyroid) with a Lyme disease protocol would be synergistic in boosting one's immune system to eliminate a chronic infection and in alleviating constitutional symptoms (malaise, fever, arthralgias, bulls eye rash) more rapidly. Hello Drs.

Thank you for responding. And, for those reading, you have a wonderful facility, and a very thorough program.

I'll begin Lyme treatment next week, which consists of a very aggressive antibiotic regimen. I'm also being treated for hypogonadism, etc. Currently am prescribed .5 mg of testosterone per week.

How will the antiobotics effect my testosterone? Should I seek to get the dosage increased?

Also - I just found out that my father had a natural testosterone level of 11** well into his fourties. I'm much younger and have much less than half of that. Should my level be 11**?
