Different Human Growth Hormone

When I received my Human Growth Hormone (somatotropin), it was red in color and did not require me to mix it. The growth hormone I have gotten in the past, required me to mix it. It came in two containers one distilled water and one with the powder in it.
Can you please explain the differences, is on better than the other? also the one I had in the past was only good for 4-7 days once it was mixed.
I am confused about the mixtures.

Our growth hormone comes pre-constituted and is red due to vitamins B6 and B12 that are included in the solution. The pre-constituted solution also has a preservative that extends the biological life of the growth hormone to at least 3 months while also making it stable to jostling and shaking during regular shipping.
