Out of Area Patient Protocol

Griffin Medical Group Center for Anti Aging & Aesthetics has many out of state patients. We realize that it is difficult for some people to get to our office to see the physician personally. Although we very much prefer the initial visit to be in person, we can work around that if absulutely necessary. Below please find an outline for an out of area patient that is unable to physically see the Bio Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy or Anti Aging Physician.

Contact us for required lab work. We utilize LabCorp as our preferred Lab, LabCorp has drawing station all over the country, so we can locate one close to you.
Schedule an appointment with your normal physician with an exam outline (provided by Griffin Medical Group).
Once we have the lab results, and a copy of the exam by your local physician, we can schedule a phone consult for your initial Anti Aging - Hormone Replacement Therapy appointment.

A phone consult is the same as an in office consult. It will last between 1 - 1 1/2 hours in duration. The program works the same, you will be required to have labs completed every 3 months for the first year, followed by a follow up appointment. During the second year, follow up labs and appointments are done every 6 months, and in the third year forward, follow up labs and appointments are done anually.
